Whenever I used to cook, I look for healthier options so I want to present these healthy recipes to every food lover. I am a food connoisseur and I have immense love and respect for food. I love to eat foods from different places, culture so in BELLNPEPPER we try to provide you with a vast variety of foods, beverages and desserts. As the saying goes, ‘Sharing food is a way of developing connection’. So, we wanted to build trust and, bond with our customers
Before the idea of BELL N PEPPER whenever I cooked, my father used to say that I would open a restaurant for you. I think, unknowingly my father has manifested this restaurant.
Along with chef arav sharma, we have curated the elite menu and planned the finest interior.
CHEF ARAV SHARMA
He is an expert in knowledge of nutrition and providing it to your plate with yummy dishes. To manage the kitchen well he has leadership skills. He pursued a Bachelor of Culinary Arts and after his bachelor’s he pursued a Master of Business Administration in Culinary Arts and he has brief knowledge of business plans, food concepts, and industrial knowledge. He has all the qualities of a good chef. He takes care of the kitchen and its hygiene and of course the food.
He is passionate about cooking. According to him a good food plays crucial role in mental and physical health because we feel what we eat.
He makes sure that appetizers, beverages and deserts are free from chemical preservatives for good health of our customers.
